Olga ensures the agency runs smoothly by connecting people, processes and business goals. She oversees operational workflows and keeps everything on track day by day.

Outside of work, she can often be found with an easel, brushes and acrylic paints. She uses every longer break to explore the world.

He is responsible for the integrated creative and strategy department. He oversees creative processes and supports the development of the agency’s methods and products.

He is interested in emerging phenomena in music and broadly defined design and technology. He is passionate about tools that enhance human capabilities, preferably in closed beta.

He is responsible for the visual direction of projects, overseeing them from initial concepts to final deliverables. He translates client needs into contemporary, cohesive and effective design solutions.

Outside of work, he continues to develop his creativity through analogue photography, film and by exploring the possibilities of new technologies.

Domi is responsible for developing concepts, ideas and creative copywriting.

In her spare time, she enjoys cinema, exhibitions and finding inspiration in unexpected places.

He helps the agency’s clients develop digital solutions for marketing communication and optimises their processes.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing indoor volleyball.

She specialises in commercial animation and video editing.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, mainly through cycling and running. She loves concerts and good food.

He is responsible for the technical preparation of projects for print and digital publication.

He’s a fan of baking, post-lunch naps, TPP games and lettering.

He ensures that materials are prepared flawlessly for print and digital use. He creates layouts, refines details and ensures compliance with guidelines, delivering polished, production-ready files.

Zuza is responsible for managing projects from start to finish, coordinating internal teams and translating client needs into clear, actionable plans.

In her free time, she enjoys road cycling, travelling and discovering new music gems.

She is responsible for managing projects from start to finish – from building relationships and identifying client needs to coordinating team workflows and overseeing campaign execution.

In her spare time, she enjoys taking long walks in the forest or the park.

She coordinates ATL, BTL and digital projects, ensuring that processes run smoothly and teams collaborate effectively. She supports new business initiatives and guides clients through every stage.

Outside of work, she enjoys watching crime films, dancing and baking cakes that reliably brighten up everyone’s day in the office.

She is responsible for client relations, project coordination, and budget and timeline management. She ensures that all activities align with the strategy and deliver tangible results.

Outside of work, she studies psychology, makes candles, runs, swims and plays padel. Her favourite way to unwind is walking her dog.

She is responsible for planning and executing communication strategies across social media channels, from TikTok to X and also supports the Client Service team with new business projects.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time in ceramics studios and cinemas.

She creates cohesive, visually refined creative concepts and brand visual platforms. She designs key visuals, mood boards and a wide range of graphics, providing clients with complete, polished assets.

Her interests include architecture, art, film, design, fashion, running, concerts, cats and great food 🍕

He creates engaging content for pitch concepts and day-to-day project work. As a copywriter, he takes ideas from conception to completion.

His interests are so varied that his hobbies tend to change weekly. Eager to support social causes.
